Flip the Script

There is a lesson to be learned at every encounter, experience, interaction. By pausing, we get to listen and dig deeper into what we are here to learn. By taking our negative experiences and flipping them, looking at what lies underneath. We give ourselves the opportunity to learn something about ourself. But the world is spinning fast and often times out of control so we take things for face value leaving the lesson behind.

What happens when we do that, is this negative thought haunts us. The thought of what could have happened remains. The frustration stays. By looking underneath at the lesson and let me tell you there are many, we get to see a different view. A release. Movement. Growth.
